1 Day Meditation workshop
A free Meditation workshop was held on 16th April 2017 at the London, UK. Pujay Bhaktvatsaldasji Swami and Pujya Ramsukhdasji Swami from SGVP, India lead the workshop. According to Pujay Bhaktavatsaldasji Swami Meditation is a simple and natural path of heart-centered wellness that fosters balance, peace and well-being.
This workshop will introduce a variety of meditation practices. Participants will explore seated, standing and walking meditation and practices that empty the mind as well as practices that use visualization to give the mind something to do.
Pujay Bhaktavatsaldasji swami elaborate and give example to how to practise Meditation through God Swaminarayan’s Sadgun . Chose the few name fromJanmangal Namavali and meditate on the meaning of that name and with any Charitra. Meditation gives people an opportunity to discover their inner selves and their connection with the God.
Pujay Ramsukhdasji Swami explain about the how to find about the your innerself. How Find the obstacles of meditation. At the end instant 1 minute quiz was ornazise to get some exercise to mind, which shows how your mind remember and how quickly you can retrieve it.
